What up, degens? Been a while since last update. I've done a lot of micro-blogging via Twitter (pretty much daily)...I update mid-session etc. Check it out.

Almost 12k month. Pretty solid considering my volume wasn't very good as always. Fortunately, I crushed in the games that I did play. Think I played about 400 total. Most of my games were played at 220s with some 200/300 and 4 mans mixed in. I feel good about how I played this month.

Getting close to hitting 100k for the year. About 4k to go. I've pretty much made the jump up to being a 330 regular now. I don't plan to move down again since I am overrolled for the move. I should've done this a while ago, but I've never really forced things in terms of moving up levels. I just do it when I'm completely comfortable. I'm sure I've missed out on some profit bc of this, but it's made for a much less stressful career. I've been a bit more liberal with my shot-taking this month and have played a few sessions of 550 2s (and 550 4 mans). Really happy with how I'm feeling about my game. Hopefully I can put in a solid week to end the month and hit that 100k mark before September gets going.
Check out CWF blog under links on right. He's a dude I went to high school with. He's just starting to get his husng career going. We have been hanging out a lot frequently, playing at coffeeshops together and what not. Just living the dream. Cool guy, lots of potential. It's very motivating to have another poker player to chill with in real life. It doesn't really matter to me at all what stakes he is playing, it's just nice to have someone that is working towards the same goal as you. Another guy I have known from poker for a long time is moving down to Richmond in a week or so. Going to have a bit of a poker crew going, lol. Should be a hell of a time.
HokieGregPoker.com:
This is going to be my new blog/website starting in the next few weeks. I hired a webmaster and he is in the process of getting everything setup. The focus of the site is going to be on my video sales. Details are still in the works, but basically I will be producing a higher quantity of videos for a vastly reduced price per video. Sales will be done by monthly memberships somewhere in the range of 50/month (get 5 or 6 videos per month, plus video library of old vids). Going to have a forum to discuss hands/ask questions. Also going to connect the site with blog/twitter/coaching pages...so everything will be a little more streamlined that it is currently. Should be pretty cool. Stay tuned.
